Yuva Bharati Sahiti Samithi, IIMC College, and Abhyudaya Kala Vikas Samithi jointly organized the 9th Telugu Velugu Samakhya program, a monthly event held every first Sunday. The program was held at the IIMC College auditorium.

Chief guest Dr. K V Ramanachary, former advisor to the Telangana government, praised the organizers for being the first to celebrate Mahakavi Dasaradhi's Shatajayanti Mahotsavam. Guest of honor Dr. Tirunagari Sathyanarayana, secretary of the Telugu department at Osmania University, highlighted the significance of Dasaradhi's literary contributions.

Principal speaker Tirunagari Udaya Varma discussed Dasaradhi's life and works, analyzing his poetry and songs. Another speaker, Tirunagari Sarath Chandra, presented a paper on Dasaradhi's literary greatness, reciting his poems and songs. Dasaradhi's son-in-law, Gaurishankar, and several literary enthusiasts attended the event.
