Thassadiya song sets tone for ‘Maa Inti Bangaaram’

The makers of upcoming action-comedy family drama Maa Inti Bangaaram have released its first single “Thassadiya”, building momentum ahead of the film’s worldwide theatrical release on May 15, 2026.

Composed by Santhosh Narayanan, the song is a lively wedding celebration number with lyrics by Rehman and vocals by Chinmayi Sripada and Punya Selva. Featuring Samantha Ruth Prabhu, the track stands out for its energetic choreography and festive visuals, setting the tone for the film’s narrative centred on love, family and celebration.

Directed by Nandini Reddy and created by Raj Nidimoru, the film marks a reunion between Samantha and the director after their successful collaboration Oh! Baby. The cast includes Diganth and Gulshan Devaiah in key roles, along with Sree Mukhi, Gautami and others.

Backed by Tralala Moving Pictures, the film blends emotional storytelling with action elements. Following a well-received teaser, expectations around the project have grown, positioning Maa Inti Bangaaram as a major summer release.
