Trigeminal Neuralgia has permanent solution: Yashoda doctors

Metro India News | Hyderabad : Dr. Vijay Kumar, Unit Head, Yashoda Hospitals-Secunderabad mentioned on Wednesday that Trigeminal Neuralgia is not a disease but a condition which has permanent solution now. He said this on the occasion of inaugurating the ‘Trigeminal Neuralgia Clinic’ on the eve of World Trigeminal Neuralgia Day. He recalled that the hospital treated over 110 Neuralgia cases with Keyhole Neuro Endoscopic Surgery. He further added that the clinic will cater as the campaign against such dreadful condition and bring in more smiles and improve their quality of life.

Komal Kumar mentioned that the permanent solution to cure Trigeminal Neuralgia is obtained by correcting its root cause which is mobilizing the blood vessel causing the abnormal contact and acute pain.
