TS BC Commission TGSPDCL, conducts enquiry

Chairman of the Telangana Backward Classes (BC) Commission, G. Niranjan along with members Rapolu Jayaprakash, Tirumalagiri Surender and Balalakshmi visited the office of the Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company Limited (TGSPDCL) in Hyderabad on Monday. The delegation conducted an inquiry into alleged injustices faced by Backward Classes employees in the implementation of reservations, as well as other related matters within the organization.

The meeting was attended by TGSPDCL Chairman and Managing Director Jitesh V. Patil, Director Ch Chakrapani, along with officials including Bhaskar, Mujibulla Khan and others. 

Representatives from the Telangana Electricity BC Employees Association, including its president Kumaraswami and association members also participated. 

The Commission ordered TGSPDCL to furnish detailed information on all appointments made between 2014 and 2026, specifically highlighting the implementation of BC reservations.

Additionally, the Commission instructed the formation of a committee to examine details related to various pending court cases along with reviewing matters concerning employee promotions, seniority and other associated issues.
