Union Bank of India, Regional Office Saifabad successfully organized Mega Jana Suraksha Saturation and Awareness camp at Munchintala Grampanchayat in Rangareddy district.

The event was inaugurated by the Executive Director, Nitesh Ranjan and was graced with the presence of CGM (FI) Sudhakar Rao, DZH, Hyderabad Zonal Office. The entire team of RO Saifabad, all RUSU branch heads along with approximately 300 beneficiaries, customers and borrowers actively participated in the drive.

During the event, ED emphasized on the importance and objectives of the Mega Jana Suraksha Saturation Drive. He also shared valuable insights on cyber fraud awareness and key government schemes such as PMJDY, PMSBY, PMJJBY, and APY. CGM highlighted the role of financial empowerment through social security schemes, encouraging greater public participation.

A total of 15 exhibition stalls were set up to promote awareness and understanding of various financial products and services. Health check camp was also organized for the customers. In addition, sanction letters were distributed to beneficiaries under several schemes including SHG, Agriculture, Poultry, Dairy, and Government-Sponsored programs.
