Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna join shoot of ‘Ranabaali’

The newly married couple Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna joined the sets of their upcoming film “Ranabaali” on Sunday. On this occasion, the film unit welcomed them by cutting a cake and extended their wishes, greeting them with “Happy married life, Mr. and Mrs. Ranabaali.” The film, being made with them as the lead pair, is being directed by Rahul Sankrityan, produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y. Ravi Shankar under the banner Mythri Movie Makers, with presentation by T-Series. 

Ranabaali is slated for a worldwide release on September 11. In the film, Vijay Deverakonda will be seen as the warrior Ranabaali, while Rashmika Mandanna plays his wife named Jayamma. Set in the 19th century, between 1854 and 1878 during British rule, Ranabaali is being made as a large-scale pan-India project based on real historical events. The film has Ajay–Atul as Music Directors, Nirav Shah as Director of Photography and Karthika Srinivas R as Editor.
