Bollywood’s Wamiqa Gabbi returns to Malayalam cinema with action-packed Tiki Taka, co-starring Asif Ali, releasing Christmas 2025

Bollywood actress Wamiqa Gabbi is set to make an exciting comeback to Malayalam cinema with the much-anticipated action film Tiki Taka. She will star alongside Asif Ali in this high-octane project directed by Rohith VS, known for his critically acclaimed film Kala. The movie promises an adrenaline-packed experience for audiences.

Wamiqa first appeared in Malayalam films with Godha, featuring Tovino Thomas and directed by Basil Joseph. Now, with Tiki Taka, she returns with a major multi-language venture that highlights her expanding pan-India presence across Hindi, Telugu, and Malayalam industries.

The first-look poster of Tiki Taka has already generated excitement, showcasing seven silhouetted figures—four men and three women—armed and moving through a smoky, urban backdrop.  The visuals hint at the intense action and suspense viewers can expect this Christmas 2025.

In addition to Tiki Taka, Wamiqa has over nine films lined up, maintaining her status as one of Bollywood’s busiest and most versatile actresses. Her upcoming projects include Bhoot Bangla with Akshay Kumar, Dil Ka Darwaza Khol Na Darling with Jaya Bachchan and Siddhant Chaturvedi, Pati Patni Aur Woh 2 with Ayushmann Khurrana, and the Telugu action film G2.
