Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Friday assured that they will transform Telangana state into a global development model. Speaking after inaugurating the CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show 2025, organized by the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI), at HITEX Exhibition Centre, CM said ‘Real estate is not just about land, it’s about sentiment, opportunity, and economic potential. We invite investors and entrepreneurs to partner with us in transforming Telangana into a global development model.
This year’s theme, ‘Choice is Yours’, reflects a strong focus on empowering homebuyers. The event was inaugurated by CM, alongside CREDAI Hyderabad leaders including President N Jaideep Reddy and President-elect B Jagannath Rao.
The three-day event (August 15–17) brings together over 70 developers showcasing 300+ RERA-approved projects, including apartments, villas, plots, and commercial spaces. Leading banks and financial institutions are also participating, offering financing solutions and attractive deals.
CM Revanth emphasized Hyderabad’s role as a key growth engine for Telangana. He highlighted the government’s commitment to transparent, investor-friendly policies and robust infrastructure development. Upcoming initiatives include the Regional Ring Road, regional ring rail, metro expansion, industrial corridors, greenfield highways, and rural-urban connectivity upgrades.
He outlined a structured development vision across three zones: urban service sector (within ORR), semi-urban industrial growth (between ORR and RRR), and rural agricultural modernization (beyond RRR).
