This year, Netflix India continued to expand its offerings across genres, catering to a wide range of viewers. From gripping thrillers like Do Patti and IC 814: The Kandahar Hijack to touching dramas such as Vijay 69 and Kota Factory S3, the platform delivered captivating content for every taste.
Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar, a visual masterpiece exploring India’s rich history, was released in 13 languages, including French, German, and Arabic, and became a global cultural bridge.
The series’ opulent costumes sparked fashion trends, while the iconic Gajagamini walk and folk songs from Amar Singh Chamkila went viral on social media.

Indian dramas made a major impact globally, with 34 out of 48 Indian titles ranking on Netflix’s Global Top 10 (Non-English) list. Non-fiction content such as Modern Masters: SS Rajamouli and Nayanthara: Beyond the Fairytale also saw massive success. Meanwhile, theatrical gems like Laapata Ladies and Fighter gained renewed love on Netflix.
With 323 awards, Netflix India solidified its position as a leader in world-class storytelling, pushing boundaries with innovations like The Great Indian Kapil Show and interactive formats such as LUDO King.
