With Sitaare Zameen Par, actor Aamir Khan takes on the first sequel of his over three-decade-long career

The much-awaited first poster of Sitaare Zameen Par has been released, offering audiences a glimpse into Aamir Khan’s return to the big screen. This film is especially significant as it marks the actor’s first-ever sequel in his three-decade-long career.

A spiritual sequel to the 2007 classic Taare Zameen Par, the new film continues the emotional legacy of its predecessor, which told the touching story of a dyslexic child and his supportive art teacher. Sitaare Zameen Par promises to bring another inspiring tale to life.

Directed by R. S. Prasanna, known for Shubh Mangal Saavdhan and the biopic On A Quest, the film is produced by Aamir Khan and Aparna Purohit, under the Aamir Khan Productions banner. It features Aamir Khan and Genelia Deshmukh in lead roles, with music by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy and lyrics by Amitabh Bhattacharya.
