Adani Green Energy commissions power projects

NEW DELHI : Adani Green Energy has operationalized 510 megawatts (MW) of power projects at Khavda, Gujarat, through its stepdown subsidiaries, the company said in an exchange filing on Monday, March 23. With this commissioning, the firm’s total operational renewable generation capacity has risen to 17,982.3 MW. The projects, with an aggregate capacity of 510.1 MW, were brought online following the receipt of all relevant clearances, and power generation commenced from March 22. Adani Green Energy Ltd, one of India’s largest renewable energy companies, highlighted that the operationalization of these plants marks another step in expanding its renewable energy footprint and strengthening the country’s clean energy infrastructure.
