The All India Mahila Congress President, Ms. Alka Lamba, has appointed B. Aditha Swapna as the National Observer for Andhra Pradesh Mahila Congress. Aditha Swapna earlier served as National Observer for Bihar, Puducherry and the Andaman & Nicobar Islands, where she played a key role in strengthening grassroots outreach and leadership development.

Expressing gratitude for the new responsibility, Ms. Swapna said she would focus on expanding the Mahila Congress’s presence across all mandals and booth levels in Andhra Pradesh, working under the leadership of Ms. Alka Lamba and in alignment with Shri Rahul Gandhi’s vision. Her appointment marks another step in the Mahila Congress’s efforts to empower women and strengthen organizational presence nationwide.
