At the pre-release event of the upcoming film Anaganaga Oka Raju, lead actor Naveen Polishetty assured fans that the movie will bring the same joy as the Sankranti festival. He said the film is designed to entertain audiences fully, making them laugh and feel uplifted throughout.

Produced by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya under Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas, and presented by Srikara Studios, the film marks the directorial debut of Mari. Meenakshi Chaudhary plays the female lead, and the music is composed by Mickey J. Meyer. The movie is set to hit theatres on January 14, 2026, just in time for the festival.
