Aster DM Quality Care Limited has reported a strong start to FY27, posting a 20% year-on-year increase in combined proforma revenue to Rs 2,597 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company also recorded a 30% rise in operating EBITDA to Rs 576 crore, with operating EBITDA margins improving by 170 basis points to 22.2%. The company said the merger of Aster DM Healthcare and Quality Care India, which became effective on July 1, 2026, marks the beginning of a new integrated healthcare platform with a network of over 10,800 beds across 28 cities.
Executive Chairman Dr. Azad Moopen said the combined entity aims to expand its network to over 15,000 beds in the coming years while strengthening clinical excellence. Managing Director and Group CEO Varun Khanna mentioned that the company served nearly 2 million outpatient and inpatient visits during the quarter, representing a 13% increase over the same period last year. On a standalone basis, Aster DM Healthcare reported revenue of Rs 1,311 crore, up 22% year-on-year, while operating EBITDA (excluding Kasaragod) increased 30% to Rs 279 crore. Quality Care reported 19% growth in revenue to Rs 1,287 crore, with operating EBITDA rising 32% to Rs 299 crore. EBITDA margins expanded to 23.2% from 21.1% a year earlier.
