Attapur Police place 13 repeat offenders under watch

In a preventive measure aimed at maintaining law and order, the Attapur Police produced 13 rowdy sheeters before Rajendranagar Zone Deputy Commissioner of Police and Executive Magistrate S. Srinivas, IPS, who ordered them to execute good-behaviour bonds.

The individuals bound over include Mohammed Moinuddin, Mohammed Shabaz Khan, Md. Quadeer, Md. Yaseen, Syed Imran, Mohammed Azmath, Shaik Rasheed, Mohd Omer, Syed Zakaria Ahmed alias Shafez, Mohammed Yousuf alias Yousuf Mamu, Md. Ali Khan, SK Kurban and Mohammed Shareef. Police said the action was taken to prevent them from engaging in anti-social or unlawful activities and to ensure peace in areas falling under the Attapur Police Station limits.

According to officials, the move forms part of a broader strategy by the Rajendranagar Zone Police to keep a close watch on history-sheeters and habitual offenders. The police have been conducting regular monitoring of individuals with criminal backgrounds and taking preventive action wherever necessary.

Officials warned that any violation of the bond conditions or involvement in activities that disturb public peace would attract stringent legal action.
