A group of Telangana cricketers, former players, women cricketers, coaches, selectors, club members and other stakeholders has submitted a final representation-cum-notice to retired Justice P. Naveen Rao, who heads the Single Member Supervisory Committee (SMC), seeking immediate intervention in the affairs of the Hyderabad Cricket Association and the proposed TG20 League.

The representation was also addressed to the Board of Control for Cricket in India, Telangana CID and other authorities. It cited the Telangana High Court’s April 24, 2026 judgment in W.P. No. 21904 of 2025, which empowered the SMC to supervise major HCA decisions.

The stakeholders sought disclosure of records related to the TG20 League, Governing Council appointments, financial approvals, bank accounts, franchise agreements, Rule 28 compliance, conflict-of-interest declarations and BCCI clearances.

The signatories expressed concern that several earlier complaints remain unresolved despite the court-monitored framework. They demanded transparency and corrective action within seven days, failing which they said they would approach the High Court seeking enforcement of its directions and judicial scrutiny of HCA’s governance and financial decisions.

The representation was signed by several stakeholders, including Gourav Sharma, Mariganti Navarasan, Vishnudas Shashank Kashyap, P. Jhansi Lakshmi, V. Vinoda and others.
