The Hyderabad, the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has established a state-of-the-art Automated Smart Multi-Level Car Parking Facility at the bustling KBR Park.

Mayor Gadwal Vijayalakshmi inaugurated the facility on Saturday evening, along with MP Anil Kumar Yadav, Deputy Mayor Mote Srilatha Shoban Reddy, Additional Commissioner Anurag Jayanti, and local Corporator Venkatesh.

Following the inauguration, the Mayor, accompanied by the MP and Deputy Mayor, personally inspected the automated smart rotary parking system by parking their vehicle inside the facility, experiencing the technology and its functioning firsthand.

"In line with the Chief Minister's forward-thinking approach, GHMC has approved this advanced multi-level smart parking system," she said. Nav Nirman Associates for successfully completing the project within six months.

She further announced that similar automated smart rotary car parking systems would soon be developed across major tourist locations, shopping complexes, and other high-traffic zones in the city under the PPP (Public-Private Partnership) model.

"Such systems will help ease parking challenges and reduce traffic congestion in densely populated localities," she added.
