-  Deploy of sensors and physiometers for monitoring groundwater levels

-  Have real-time data on reservoir inflows, outflows, and water release to the sea to improve flood management

-  Every department’s data must be integrated into a central ‘Data Lake’ to ensure transparency and traceability

In a high-level review of Real-Time Governance held at the Andhra Pradesh Secretariat on Monday, Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu laid out a comprehensive, tech-driven roadmap to transform Andhra Pradesh into a “Zero Crime Rate State”, leveraging advanced surveillance systems, blockchain technology, and citizen-centric service models.

 “We must move beyond traditional policing. Our goal is to achieve a zero-crime state using real-time monitoring, AI-based alerts, and data-backed enforcement,” Naidu asserted.
