‘Badhte Kadam’ awareness programme for Parents and Children with Intellectual Disability, organized by the Kiranam Organization and District Disability Rehabilitation Centre staff of Rangareddy.

The programme was started with rally along with Parents and Children’s with Disability i.e. Intellectual Disability at DDRC, building campus along with government offices surroundings on Friday.

The programme was attended by Dr Geetha, Deputy Medical and Health Officer, Saroor Nagar PHC as Chief Guest, Sujatha, Deputy Commissioner for GHMC Saroor Nagar, Bashu Naik, Mandal Education Officer Saroor Nagar, Syamaladevi, Legal Counsellor for DLSA Rangareddy as a guest of honor.

The Rally was started by Dr Geetha, Deputy Medical & Health Officer by weaving of flags. The Parents and Children’s with Disabilities enthusiastically participated in the rally by giving the slogans of Badhte Kadam. The chief guest and other guests of honor addressed and shared their views on the programmes of  Badhte Kadam awareness programme and activities provided by the state and central government for PWDs in the meeting organized by the Nodal Officer and DDRC, staff after the rally.
