BJP alleges Cong govt endangering students' future over fee reimbursement dues

BJP Telangana state president N. Ramchander Rao on Friday accused the Telangana government of jeopardising the future of students by failing to clear the pending fee reimbursement dues.

In a social media post, Rao questioned Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy over the delay in clearing fee reimbursement arrears, alleging that more than 20 lakh SC, ST, BC and EBC students have been adversely affected.

He expressed concern that educational institutions have withheld students' certificates due to non-payment of reimbursement amounts, preventing many from pursuing employment opportunities or higher education.
