Former Minister and Bodhan MLA Podduturi Sudarshan Reddy visited the head office of the Nizamabad District Central Cooperative Bank (DCCB) on Tuesday to review the bank’s performance and developmental progress.
Speaking on the occasion, Sudarshan Reddy commended the leadership of Chairman Kunta Ramesh Reddy, highlighting the significant improvement in the bank's financial health. He noted that the bank had successfully reduced its Non Performing Assets (NPAs) from 17.35% to 7.81%, a remarkable achievement in the cooperative banking sector.
He praised the reforms being implemented in the district cooperative sector as both valuable and practical, attributing the success to visionary leadership and a results-driven approach. Reddy urged the bank to maintain this momentum and aim to become a leading example at the state level.
Extending his congratulations, he appreciated the efforts of the President and members of the governing body. He also gave special recognition to the Chief Executive Officer, senior officers, and staff whose dedication and field-level implementation contributed significantly to the bank’s positive transformation.
