Under the Hyderabad Region, Central Bank of India’s NRI Desks were inaugurated on Tuesday at its Nampally and Rein Bazar branches. This initiative aims to provide exclusive and efficient banking services to Non-Resident Indian (NRI) customers. The Desks were inaugurated by Dharasingh Nayak K., Zonal Head, Hyderabad Zone. The event was attended by D.K. Baranwal, Regional Head, Hyderabad Region, senior officials from the Zonal Office, Branch Managers of Nampally and Rein Bazar, bank staff and valued customers. 

The newly launched desks will serve as a single point of contact for NRI customers, offering personalized assistance for NRE / NRO account opening, remittances and deposits, loans and other related banking services, dedicated and hassle-free customer support. During the ceremony, Zonal Head K.Dharasingh Nayak emphasized the bank's commitment to enhancing the service experience for customers and expanding the NRI business portfolio. 

He urged the staff to proactively engage with NRI clients to provide transparent, fast, and effective banking solutions. The opening of these desks marks a significant step for Central Bank of India in strengthening its service infrastructure and deepening its relationship with the NRI community.
