Chandigarh University has recorded a remarkable decade of placement growth, with the number of recruiting companies increasing from 282 in 2014 to over 1,300 in 2025, a 325% rise. Job offers for students surged from 2,410 to 10,000 annually, while over the last ten years, students secured 15,000 offers from leading IT firms. In 2025 alone, more than 1,300 national and international companies, including Microsoft, Google, Amazon, IBM, Deloitte, TCS, Wipro, Flipkart, and SAP Labs, made offers to CU students.

Engineering students received 6,047 job offers from 532 companies, with the highest international package of Rs 1.7 crore offered to a CSE student by Nutanix. MBA graduates secured 1,427 offers from 447 top firms, with the highest package of Rs 23 lakh. Students across other disciplines, including Biotechnology, Legal Studies, Tourism, Hospitality, Aviation, and Media, also achieved strong placement outcomes, with packages ranging from Rs 7 LPA to Rs 20 LPA.
