The Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy will tour Vikarabad and Narayanapet districts on Friday, participating in various development and welfare programs. The highlight of his visit will be the launch of the flagship Indiramma Indlu housing scheme of the Congress government in Appakpalli, Narayanpet. Under Phase-1, the government aims to build 72,000 houses across the state, providing Rs 5 lakh in financial assistance per house, with Rs 1 lakh directly transferred to beneficiaries after the basement is built.
The CM's visit will begin at Polepalli village, Vikarabad, where he will take part in a puja at Renuka Yellamma Thalli temple. He will then inaugurate a women-run petrol station in Appakpalli, the first of its kind in Telangana, set up by the District Women's Association with BPCL’s support.
Further, he will lay the foundation stone for Narayanapet Medical College’s academic block and other infrastructure projects, reinforcing the state’s commitment to improving medical education. The visit will conclude with a public meeting at the Gurukula Hostel premises at 2 PM, where the CM will address citizens and highlight the government’s resolve to support the homeless, women entrepreneurs, and healthcare infrastructure.
