Collector calls for speeding up development works in govt schools

District Collector Kumar Deepak on Saturday called for speeding up the development works in government schools and also towards taking steps for providing books and uniforms on the day of reopening itself. The collector inspected the eating place and the construction of additional rooms in the Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya(KGBV) at Luxettipet town. Speaking on the occasion, the Collector mentioned that the government is committed towards imparting quality education in all government schools.

He also made it clear that all amenities such as uninterrupted power, water, toilets and compound walls would be provided. Collector Kumar Deepak also stated that all students in government schools and junior colleges would be provided breakfast and lunch as per government menu.
