Eluru MP Putta Mahesh Kumar said on Sunday that the construction of four railway overbridges(ROB) in Unguturu assembly constituency has received administrative approval from the central government.
MP Putta Mahesh Kumar along with MLA Patsamatla Dharmaraju and TDP Eluru District president Ganni Veeranjaneyulu inspected the sites where railway overbridges will be constructed at Unguturu and Chebrolu. Speaking at a press conference, MP Putta Mahesh Kumar said that these overbridges are being built at Bhimadolu, Kaikaram, Chebrolu and Unguturu,
He stated that the ROBs are being built at an estimated cost of Rs 450 crores and their construction will start in six to seven months. The MP said that the construction of these will provide a permanent solution to the problem of waiting for hours at railway tracks. The MP made it clear that he would do his best to solve the remaining railway problems in the next four years. He thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw for their cooperation as soon as he was asked to resolve railway issues.
The MP claimed that under the leadership of Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan and Minister Nara Lokesh, he worked tirelessly to get the required funds sanctioned for development works in Eluru parliamentary constituency. He complimented that MLA Dharmaraju and TDP district president Ganni Veeranjaneyulu are constantly discussing the development works to be taken up in the constituency. MLA Dharmaraju said that apart from the promises made during the elections, the development works are being worked out with the help of MP Mahesh Kumar. TDP district president Ganni Veeranjaneyulu said MP Mahesh Kumar was working without betraying the trust of the people.
