Chief Secretary Sanjay Jaju has directed senior officials to organise a comprehensive lineup of cultural programmes highlighting regional folk art, classical music, and traditional dance forms for the upcoming Invest Telangana Global Summit–2026. The three-day global summit is scheduled to take place in Hyderabad from December 7 to 9.
Reviewing preparation progress during a video conference with senior officials on Wednesday, the Chief Secretary issued instructions covering guest reception protocols, cultural showcases, and statewide publicity strategies.
He emphasised that the summit must project Telangana’s rich historical and cultural identity alongside its industrial growth and investment potential, especially given the expected attendance of prominent global and domestic industrialists, trade delegates, and dignitaries.
To ensure a grand welcome during the inaugural ceremony, Sanjay Jaju instructed officials to curate special performances featuring traditional art forms representing diverse regions of the state.
Additionally, as part of the summit, the state will host the Raksha Expo from December 7 to 9. Anticipating massive public turnout for the high-profile air show on the expo’s concluding day, the Chief Secretary called for a special cultural carnival celebrating local traditions and heritage. Sanjay Jaju also stressed the need for an aggressive, multi-channel media campaign to drive widespread awareness of the global summit and its accompanying events.
