DEO reviews voter roll revision

District Election Officer and GHMC Commissioner R.V. Karnan conducted a field inspection in the 57-Musheerabad Assembly constituency on Thursday to review the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls.

The inspection was held at Dayanand Nagar in Adikmet, where the Commissioner interacted with local residents, verified the distribution of SIR enumeration forms, and addressed queries raised by voters regarding the revision process.

During the visit, Karnan reviewed the field-level implementation of voter enumeration activities and assessed the progress of form distribution. He instructed the Electoral Registration Officer (ERO), Assistant Electoral Registration Officers (AEROs), BLO Supervisory Officers, Booth Level Officers (BLOs), and Booth Level Agents (BLAs) to strictly follow the Election Commission's guidelines.
