Dr. Jaishetty Ramanaiah passes away

Hyderabad: Renowned historian Jaishetty Ramanaiah, mentor to former CM K. Chandrashekar Rao, passed away at his residence in Jagtial. KCR expressed deep grief, recalling Ramanaiah as both a teacher and close friend from his student days in Siddipet. A respected academic, Ramanaiah was among the first from Jagtial to earn a PhD and was known for his research on South Indian temples. KCR extended his sympathies to the bereaved family members.
