Hyderabad: The foundation stone was laid for Maheshwaram Zone Police Complex at Tukkuguda under the Rachakonda Commissionerate here on Thursday.

Minister for IT and Industries Sridhar Babu, along with Chief Whip Patnam Mahender Reddy, Rachakonda Commissioner G. Sudheer Babu, Rangareddy District Collector P. Narayana Reddy, DCP Maheshwaram Sunitha Reddy as well as local elected representatives and senior officials, laid the foundation stone for the building.

Speaking on the occasion, Sridhar Babu reaffirmed the State government's commitment to strengthening law enforcement and ensuring public safety across the Telangana State. He emphasised that robust measures are being implemented to uphold law and order, curb crime, and support the police force with the necessary resources.

The Minister further highlighted the government's unwavering support for the police department, stating that efforts are underway to modernise and enhance its capabilities. He also commended Rachakonda Commissioner Sudheer Babu and his team for their exceptional work in crime prevention and law enforcement.
