Lodge Keys No. 297, the primary unit of Freemasonry in Hyderabad, will conduct a free CPR training programme on June 6 from 2 pm to 5.30 pm at Goshamahal Baradari Masonic Building in collaboration with GVK Green Health Services. The initiative, “Be a CPR Ambassador,” aims to create 1,000 trained lifesavers. So far, 758 citizens have been trained free of cost.
The hands-on session will include CPR practice on mannequins and AED familiarisation training by certified experts. Security guards, watchmen, drivers, domestic workers, vendors, students and housekeeping staff are especially invited. Those unable to pay the Rs 1,000 fee will be trained free of cost.
Participation is limited to 40 people on a first-come, first-served basis. Prior registration is mandatory.
