Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organizations–Telangana has announced the launch of a free employability-focused training programme exclusively for Commerce and Finance graduates aspiring for entry-level corporate roles. The initiative was announced in Hyderabad on December 20, 2025.
Building on the success of its earlier Data Engineering programmes, through which over 100 students were trained and placed, the organization is extending its service to unemployed Commerce and Finance postgraduates under this new initiative. The programme aims to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industry requirements.
The training is open to MBA (Finance) and M.Com graduates who are keen on pursuing careers in the corporate sector or Chartered Accountancy firms. However, candidates who are currently pursuing professional courses such as CA or CMA are not eligible for this batch.
The curriculum has been designed to align with industry expectations and includes modules on corporate accounting basics, business communication skills, corporate ethics, workplace readiness, and interview and job-readiness orientation. The objective is to prepare participants for entry-level opportunities in IT/ITES companies, corporate service sectors, and CA firms.
The programme is being offered completely free of cost, reflecting Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organizations’ commitment to youth empowerment through service-oriented education.
The last date for applications is December 24, 2025. The batch will commence in the first week of January 2026, and the training will be conducted at Khairatabad, Hyderabad.
