Telangana Minister of IT, Electronics & Communications, Industries and Legislative Affairs, D.Sridhar Babu said on Wednesday that for the first time a hospital and a community-tech platform have come together to turn gated communities into health-aware zones.  He was the Chief Guest at the launch of ‘STAR Services on MyGate’ initiative for delivering medical services directly to gated communities. The platform was developed by Hyderabad’s renowed Hospital STAR Hospitals in partnership with MyGate, India’s leading community management platform.

This collaboration integrates STAR’s clinical excellence with MyGate’s hyper-local reach. Residents in gated communities who opt for this package will have access to seamless specialist doctor appointments, preventive health & early detection advisories, information on specialty-specific hospital services, emergency response protocols & first-response guidelines, Basic Life Support (BLS) awareness & training sessions

Speaking on the occasion, Minister Srishar Babu said that with AI-enabled screenings, Digital Health Cards, and TGDeX for secure health data exchange, the government is building a healthcare model rooted in innovation and dignity. He mentioned that more than economic growth, the investment is being made in lives. Serilingampally. MLA Arekapudi Gandhi said that community first healthcare is no longer an aspiration but a necessity. He complemented that the  initiative ensures that residents are more prepared, informed, and supported in their daily health journeys.
