GHMC Commissioner R V Karnan, along with Zonal Commissioner Ravi Kiran, on Monday inspected the development works undertaken in various areas in Secunderabad zone. On this occasion, the proposed development works in Tarnaka, Chilakalaguda, Patigadda, Rasulpura, Prakash Nagar and other areas were inspected.

Along with the construction works of Tarnaka Junction Island, the greenery improvement works and the proposed site of Chilakalaguda HCITI - RUB were inspected by the commissioner. The officials were instructed to impose fines on those who did not remove C&D waste from public roads. The Commissioner inspected the proposed site of Rasulpura HCITI flyover alignment works and the land acquisition process required for the expansion of Patigadda ROB (Railway Over Bridge) – HCITI flyover road.

The officials were instructed to inspect the water logging points near Prakashnagar IOC Bank and HPS and immediately take up siltation work. The Zonal and Deputy Commissioners were instructed to submit a full report on the basis of field data, GIS data and sketches regarding property tax within a week. The Deputy Commissioners, Town Planning Officers and officials of other concerned departments participated in the inspection program along with the Commissioner.
