The Chairman of the Golden Oak group of institutes Ganta Ravikumar on Wednesday emphasized the need for leadership qualities, discipline and sense of service among the students. He was the Chief Guest at the “Investiture Ceremony-2025 conducted by the Golden Oak School in Kapuvada. Speaking at the event, he said that leadership was not a position but a responsibility. On this occasion, the newly elected student council members were officially given charge thereby being entrusted with leadership responsibilites.
The Shivanagar branch Principal Manohar Rao and Kapuvada branch Principal Deepthi Basani were the other guests at the event. The event started with an impressive cultural event. The head boy, head girl, captains and vice captains four houses were handed over badges. After that, the student council members participated in the swearing in event and swore to carry out their duties with commitment.
Kapuvada branch Principal Deepthi Basani appealed to the students to behave with a sense of responsibility and be a role model to others. The event stood as a good beginning to the academic year. It ended with the national anthem. The Golden Oak group once again showed its commitment towards instilling leadership qualities, social responsibility and values among its students.
