Govt reviewing designs for few collectorate buildings: Minister

Andhra Pradesh Roads and Buildings Minister BC Janardhan Reddy on Thursday said the government is reviewing designs for new district collectorates. Addressing the Assembly, the R&B Minister said the government is reviewing these proposals under the recently issued PPP guidelines."The government will take a final decision on building these collectorates after reviewing the designs," Minister Janardhan Reddy said.

He highlighted that the plan for building the Bhimavaram collectorate in West Godavari district is ready. The district administration currently operates out of a private building near Bhimavaram.
