Medchal-Malkajgiri District Collector Mikkilineni Manu Chowdary has instructed officials to swiftly process and resolve all grievances submitted during the Prajavani program held on Monday. The event, conducted at the district collectorate meeting hall, saw the submission of 71 petitions from citizens across various mandals. The Collector, along with Additional Collectors Radhika Gupta and Vijayender Reddy, personally received the applications and interacted with the applicants.

Addressing the officials, the Collector emphasized that citizens approach the administration with trust and expectations, and it is the duty of every officer to uphold that trust through prompt and transparent action. He stressed that there should be no delay in reviewing the petitions and that rejected applications must be accompanied by clear, detailed explanations to the applicants.

Furthermore, the Collector directed all departments to update the status of each grievance online without fail, ensuring accountability and real-time tracking. He reiterated that the Prajavani platform is a vital bridge between the public and administration, and its effectiveness depends on the sincerity and speed of response from officials.
