One of the ancient Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temples of Hyderabad city, which is located in Banjara Hills to celebrate Sri Narasimha Jayanthi festival on Sunday (May 11). Speaking about the festival, Sri Satya Gaura Chandra Dasa Prabhuji, President, Hare Krishna Movement – Hyderabad, said ‘we are celebrating Sri Narasimha Jayanthi festival at our first golden temple of Telangana on May 11, with all necessary arrangements currently underway.’

This Narasimha Jayanthi festival highlights include special darshan of the Swayambhu deity and Vishesha Alankara of Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy as Yoga Narasimha, opportunity for devotees to participate in Jhulan Seva throughout the day, Maha Abhishekam to Swayambhu Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy, Sri Narasimha Homa followed by Kalyanotsavam and 108 Kalasha Maha Abhishekam to Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy.  

A unique program, specially conducting for children and parents to chant powerful Sri Narasimha mantras. This program helps devotees to overcome fear, anxiety and low self-esteem by gaining the power of ‘Abhaya’ with the grace of God, which is self-confidence, courage, and self-confidence. This program will start at 9am on that day. Hare Krishna Golden Temple management invited the devotees to take part in this sacred festival and experience a feeling reminiscent of Vaikuntha.
