‘My GHMC app’ should be made more user-friendly, says GHMC commissioner

The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) Commissioner R V Karnan urged that ‘My GHMC app’ should be made more user-friendly for the convenience of the city people, so that people can use it and get solutions to their personal and social problems along with other services.  

The Commissioner said that citizens can download the ‘My GHMC app’ for Android and iOS today from the Play Store on their mobile and get solutions for their problems and other services. People can send the photo of their problem in the app. They can track the resolution status of their issue and check the status anytime, anywhere. They can provide feedback as soon as the issue is resolved.

‘If you go to the locate ward office option, you can find out the location of GHMC offices. Applying for a trade license and pet dog license will be easy with just a few clicks. The Commissioner said that the people of the city should take advantage of this opportunity,’ Commissioner said.

Through this app, people can place their complaints about sanitation, engineering, health, street lights, roads, drain cleaning, and road sweeping issues through photographs and geo-location, and will be forwarded directly to the relevant official for resolution.

They can submit feedback along with the convenience of checking to see if their issue has been resolved. People can also avail services like vehicle booking for trade license, property tax, and construction waste removal can be done with a single click. Payment options are available through this app through credit, debit card, UPI. Along with these, people can get the location of GHMC offices, weather alerts, and many other essential services.
