Young actor Harish Kalyan, celebrated for choosing grounded and versatile roles, ventures into a new, gritty territory with Dashamakan, an urban mass action drama from IDAA Productions and Think Studios. Written, directed, and produced by Vineeth Varaprasad, the film explores a protagonist defined by contrasting shades against a raw, city-textured backdrop.

The recently released title promo sets the tone with stark intensity. It follows Kalyan’s character through narrow, story-laden lanes as gangster-backed men pursue him. A swift, decisive confrontation in a cramped bathroom establishes his lethal efficiency, while a striking visual twirling a blade that morphs into a microphone hints at his dual identity: one rooted in rhythm, the other in instinctive violence.
