As part of the ongoing Operation Smile – XII programme, M. Srinivasulu, IPS, Additional Commissioner of Police, Law & Order, Hyderabad, conducted a surprise visit to the Government Boys Home at Saidabad on Monday. During the visit, the officer inspected the premises and interacted with 27 children, including some who were rescued under the Operation Smile – XII initiative.

Srinivasulu reviewed the facilities provided to the children, covering aspects such as food, education, medical care, and accommodation. He emphasized the overall welfare and safety of the children and ensured that all basic amenities were being maintained in accordance with prescribed standards.

Following the inspection, the officer issued necessary instructions to Krishnaveni, Superintendent, and Dr. Rajanna of the Government Boys Home, directing them to continue providing care, protection, and rehabilitation to the children.

The visit highlighted the importance of child welfare, the regular monitoring of child care institutions, and the effective implementation of Operation Smile – XII in Hyderabad.
