An awareness program on nano fertilisers, along with a neem sapling distribution drive, was organized by IFFCO at Ameerpet village in Maheshwaram mandal of Ranga Reddy district. Agricultural scientists and IFFCO representatives explained various methods of achieving higher crop yields through integrated nutrient management while keeping input costs under control. Agricultural scientist and professor Dr. S. Hussain explained to farmers that nano fertilisers could deliver essential nutrients to crops efficiently while reducing the chemical load on the soil.

IFFCO Marketing Director Dr. Yogendra Kumar said IFFCO was providing free soil-testing facilities to farmers. He also briefed farmers about IFFCO's ‘Sankat Haran Bima Yojana’, which provides financial protection to families in the event of accidental death for eligible farmers purchasing IFFCO nano fertilisers. Mulakanur Cooperative Society Chairman Aligireddy Praveen Reddy urged farmers to work collectively to improve agricultural production and achieve better results in crop marketing. IFFCO Telangana Marketing Manager M.R. Kripashankar said the organization was identifying model farmers in each mandal and establishing demonstration plots on their farms to showcase the use of nano fertilisers.  The program concluded with the distribution of neem and other fruit saplings to farmers.
