IIHP seeks NIH in Hyderabad

A delegation from the Indian Institute of Homoeopathic Physicians (IIHP) met Malkajgiri MP Etela Rajender to press for a National Institute of Homoeopathy in Telangana. They highlighted Telangana’s lack of a central institute, forcing NEET-qualified students to travel far, high patient loads in local hospitals, and budgetary disparities in AYUSH allocations. The delegation stressed that an institute in Hyderabad would boost regional excellence, patient care, and employment. MP Etela assured he would raise the matter with the Union Minister of State for AYUSH to secure Telangana’s share in national healthcare infrastructure.
