The FICCI Ladies Organization FLO Hyderabad entered its 25th year, unveiling plans for Silver Jubilee celebrations alongside its Annual Session, which also witnessed a leadership transition. Seetha Reddy Gaddam assumed charge as the new Chairperson of FLO Hyderabad, succeeding Prathibha Kunda, while Khushboo Daga took over as Chairperson of YFLO (Young FICCI Ladies Organization) Hyderabad from Pallavi Jain. The transition was formalized through a ceremonial exchange of medals and signing of the charter.
Padma Shri awardee and renowned Kuchipudi exponent Deepika Reddy attended as Chief Guest, highlighting the importance of dedication and consistent practice. She emphasized values such as equality in parenting and noted that respect for women is vital for societal progress.
Outgoing Chairperson Prathibha Kunda described her tenure, themed “Power to Empower”, as a year of impactful collaboration. Under her leadership, FLO conducted 12 speaker sessions, 7 workshops, and 12 empowerment programs, while onboarding 202 new members. Key initiatives included StyleTatva, which drew over 10,000 visitors and facilitated Ra 45 lakh in MSME reimbursements.
Outgoing YFLO Chairperson Pallavi Jain reflected on her theme “Knowledge is Power”, stressing continuous learning and the value of national exposure through FICCI in shaping leadership. New FLO Chairperson Seetha Reddy Gaddam outlined her vision - “Engage, Empower, Elevate” - with a focus on expanding initiatives such as StyleTatva, Pragathi Pathi, Skill Centre at Sangareddy, Her Roots, Digital Saathi, and Telangana Samskruthi.
Taking over as the 21st YFLO Chairperson, Khushboo Daga shared her vision “Together – We Progress”, focusing on capability building, cross-sector learning, and holistic growth. She underscored the importance of collective progress and empowering women as a driver of broader societal and economic development.
