IIPPL denies allegations; reaffirms commitment to customer interests

Incredible India Projects Private Limited (IIPPL), a Hyderabad-based real estate and plot development company, has formally issued a clarification addressing negative media reports, consumer complaints, and allegations surrounding its ventures.

Addressing the media during a press conference organized at the Somajiguda Press Club on Wednesday, Geetha Jaideep from the Legal & Corporate Affairs department of Incredible India Projects Private Limited reaffirmed that while continuing its legal and business operations, the company is fully committed to maintaining transparency with its customers. She also reiterated the firm’s commitment to protecting the interests of buyers and responsibly addressing their concerns.

IIPPL stated that it operates under strict regulatory guidelines and is actively working to complete all pending corporate and legal documentation regarding its real estate ventures. The company emphasized that a majority of the public complaints originate from account defaults (failure to pay dues on time) or cases where memberships were mutually cancelled in accordance with the company's terms and conditions, rather than intentional fraud. The company clarified its dedication to resolving genuine customer grievances, expediting the plot registration process, and safeguarding the financial interests of its buyers.
