Manasa Institute of Child Health and Disability Studies organized a seminar on Wednesday on “Fostering Divyangjan Inclusion for Advancing Social Progress” to mark the International Day of Persons with Disabilities. The program brought together experts from healthcare, science, technology, and disability advocacy to highlight the importance of inclusion, early intervention, and equal opportunities for persons with disabilities.
Addressing the gathering, Dr. Naveen Mehrotra, Sr. Consultant Neurosurgeon & Spine Surgeon, KIMS Sunshine Hospitals, underscored that Divyangjan(disabled persons) inclusion is fundamental to building a progressive society. Dr. K. Mruthyunjay Reddy, Director, G.P. Birla Archaeological, Astronomical and Scientific Research Institute (GPBAASRI), highlighted the need to create inclusive environments in public spaces and social settings.
Uday Kumar Dintyala, Founder and Chairman of CognitiveBotics, presented his vision of a technology-driven and empathetic ecosystem for neurodiverse children.
