‘Since I am the son of a government employee, I have travelled five districts including Prakasam and Nellore. In Nellore, Anam Vivekananda Reddy gave me an Intermediate seat. What comes to mind when I think of Prakasam district is Andhra Kesari Tanguturi Prakasam Pantulu. Prakasam Pantulu is the brave man, who stood up to the Simon Commission. Prakasam district has immense mineral resources.
