Nizamabad: Kakatiya Educational Institutions organized a three-day “Academic Festival” from Monday, commemorating the birth anniversary of mathematician Srinivasa Ramanujan and honoring the memory of the institution’s first director, Mandava Subba Rao. The festival featured innovative quiz sessions across subjects, aimed at enhancing students’ intellect and skills.

Ramoji Rao, Director of the institutions, said, “Kakatiya Educational Institutions are progressing with high objectives, preparing students for national-level competitive exams like IIT and NEET.” He also congratulated students who excelled in sports at the national level, noting that the school balances academic and extracurricular achievements.

Rao highlighted initiatives such as Maths Ratna, testing mathematical skills using IIT syllabus standards; Spelathan, aimed at enhancing language abilities; TED Kakatiya, promoting structured idea expression; and Quizataan, fostering subject-wise competitiveness.

Director Rajinikanth praised the academic and non-academic teams for successfully conducting the festival and expressed gratitude to lecturers and teachers, emphasizing the importance of organizing such competitions to prepare students for higher academic challenges.
