In a bid to support students in rural areas, Hyderabad Press Club Manager Lakshmi Ramachander inaugurated an RO mineral water plant at Suraram Zilla Parishad High School, located in Chinna Shankaram Peta Mandal, Medak district, the very school where he studied. The initiative is in memory of his parents, Shamamma and Narahari.
The facility was officially handed over to the school on Tuesday, ensuring safe drinking water for the students. Following the inauguration, Lakshmi Ramachander also distributed exam pads to 152 students studying at the school. Speaking on the occasion, he pledged continued support for the development of his native village and its educational institutions.
Students expressed their gratitude to Lakshmi Ramachander for the generous contribution, highlighting the positive impact on their daily school life. The event was attended by local leaders, including Sarpanch Chiluku Nagaraju, Vice Sarpanch Mallesh, school headmaster Sai Reddy, along with villagers and students.
This initiative reflects the importance of giving back to one’s roots and improving educational facilities in rural areas, ensuring better opportunities and amenities for future generations.
