Union Minister G. Kishan Reddy on Sunday dared Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy and former Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao for open debate on the role of the Central Government in Telangana’s development. He criticised that every time elections are held, the BRS and the Congress parties were making baseless allegations against the BJP and the Central Government by stating that they had not done anything for Telangana.
“They make political allegations that Telangana is being neglected. But the facts are different. The Central Government has sanctioned many development projects for Telangana in the last ten years. On June 7, 2023, I gave a presentation to the people at RTC Kala Bhavan in Bagh Lingampalli on the programs done by the Central Government in the form of a report,” he said .
Once again, Reddy wrote a letter to the President of the Hyderabad Press Club to cooperate in ensuring an open debate on the programs done by the Central Government on the development of Telangana. The letter released by the office of Kishan Reddy stated that the BRS and Congress parties were trying to make political noise by making false allegations against the Central Government and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
